An internal portal replacing a patchwork of spreadsheets and emails for a 200-person operations team.

Problem
Operations were spread across spreadsheets, shared inboxes and a legacy intranet — slow, error-prone and impossible to audit.
Approach
We designed a role-based portal with a clean information architecture, SSO authentication and a typed API layer fronted by a fast React UI.
Outcome
Onboarding for new joiners dropped from days to hours, and the operations team reclaimed several hours per person per week.
