An offline-first Flutter app that helps a field services team log work, capture photos and sync when back online.

Problem
Field staff lost data in low-signal areas and spent evenings re-entering paper logs into a desktop system.
Approach
We built a Flutter app with a local database, conflict-resolution sync, and a clean form-first UX optimised for one-handed use in the field.
Outcome
Daily admin time per technician dropped by more than half, and back-office data quality became consistent for the first time.
